Says Don:<br />
&#8220;Many people, especially Gen Y, have the view that privacy is not an issue for them and to quote Eric Schmidt, &#8216;If you have something that you don&#8217;t want anyone to know, maybe you shouldn&#8217;t be doing it in the first place.&#8217; I much prefer the view of Bruce Schneier, who is pretty much the world’s leading expert in information security, who points out in <a href="http://www.schneier.com/essay-114.html">an excellent essay</a> very clearly that people espousing that view &#8216;&#8230; accept the premise that privacy is about hiding a wrong. It&#8217;s not. Privacy is an inherent human right, and a requirement for maintaining the human condition with dignity and respect.&#8217;&#8221;</p></blockquote>
