<p>&#8220;The book&#8217;s message is directly relevant to making structural changes rather than just nibbling at the edges in the current debt-reduction crisis: [data liberation] would cut the costs of delivering services, cut companies&#8217; reporting costs, and stimulate the economy to boot,&#8221; says Stephenson.</p>
