  1. Brad & Sarah Bourne are great resources, but woefully underutilized.

    Better late than never, but as a taxpayer, I’m convinced Mass. could and should be doing more, especially in terms of data sharing, which is more important (IMHO) in New England than elsewhere because of the inherent inefficiency of our “home-rule” tradition, which adds all sorts of built-in redundancy that could be overcome through democratizing data.
