G2R in development

G2R is where thought leaders, decision makers and innovators hear what each other have to say own important trends, and our goal is to help a much wider community inside and outside government to “find their voice” around their passions and concerns for connected government.

New formats and programming

We’ll be introducing some new formats.  While we aren’t news service per se, will be introducing a new weekly roundup netcast to focus on ’current affairs’. Our specialty will continue to be capturing emerging practice and trends through interviews, and we will be expanding this format to include live coverage at selected events.

We’ll also be tuned in to some of the world’s leading forums, such as those from the Open Government Partnership and the World Summit on the Information Society.

We’ll be keeping our focus on audio as a core platform, on which we’ll be building additional content and participation channels.  We’re certainly happy to embed and link to useful video content, but we’re committed to audio as the fastest and easiest way to capture knowledge from around the world, and the most accessible way to share it across different devices and bandwidth capacities.

More people and participation

With almost 1 million downloads and a loyal following of listeners, co-presenters and guests who tune in regularly from many parts of the world , over 3 years G2R has built a loyal and committed community.

Our way forward is through a series of enlightened and enlivened strategic partnerships, collaborating to build bridges of shared knowledge and learning.

We will also be on the hunt for new on-air hosts and correspondents.  Make sure you subscribe to keep in touch with these exciting developments.

Expanding the network

We’ve also started discussions with supporters and partners in different parts of the world to explore the expansion of the G2R family.

If you’d like to be part of the start-up process for your part of the world, please get in touch with us.
